Schedule

The Frederick School of Religion holds courses in the late winter, usually beginning in mid-February. Courses and teachers are identified during the summer and brochures are completed in November, and distributed to prior students, congregations and other Frederick sites from December to early January. Registration takes place in January and February.  In May, school and course critiques from students and instructors provide useful information in making preliminary decisions on courses and instructors for the following year.  New volunteers are welcome at all stages!  Call (301) 668-0761 or e-mail us to learn about participating.

Each course may be taken for up to 1.2 Continuing Education Units (prorated by session)

 

Weather Policy

If weather conditions require cancellation of daytime or evening activities in Frederick County Public Schools, the Frederick School of Religion will be closed for that period. 

Local radio stations are WFMD-AM930 and WWVZ-FM104. 

If possible, closings will be posted on this web site.
